  2. Example: New Years Eve services, to not only entice staff to work hours that are usually requested off, but also to increase revenue to make up for reduced hours. Offer = Percentage off = -20% so that $100 is now $120 for selected dates, auto apply.

  5. when a customer does not show up is there a way to mark the appointment that the patient did not show up? or have the system automatically identify that appointment as a no show and charge them

  6. I think adding lip scrubs especially in the winter would be an amazing idea, we can even add special scents during the holidays like Hot Chocolate or butterscotch or in the spring we can have flower like scents. WHO DOESN'T LOVE A GOOD LIP SCRUB???

  7. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  8. Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

  9. ability to add / upload client charts and forms that were previously treated under a prior booking system but have not been seen for an appointment under the new booking system. or overall ability to upload forms and charts without the need to attach to an appointment

  16. Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.

  17. We should be able to edit the wording to say something other than "Include a message (optional) and potentially make it a requirement for specific services being booked! This would be helpful because we are having a handful of issues where a patient books a consult with an added removal, but i t should be a surgical visit. We ultimately don't know that until they arrive and explain in more detail what they wanted removed! This allows for more time and potentially adding stitches to a wound.

  18. I love the new layout of the memberships tab, but it's not easy to see at a glance how many months/terms the member has paid for anymore. This would be really helpful for many reasons but mainly because if you have a minimum membership join, it's harder to tell how long they've been a member for.

  19. In the event someone else wants to pay for another person's membership. It could be transferred to the client's account without saving the membership holder's card info on the client account.

  20. Give permissions to certain staff members to unlock an invoice and edit inventory incase the wrong product was pulled so the correct information matches charting/invoice
