  6. If it is possible to have the color formulas (medications) more accessible (such as printed on the staff itinerary when that becomes available), it helps the stylist go back to formulas easier for their clients.

    Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.


    As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

  11. We have a lot of providers who do services in different amount of times. Too often we are having to book the wrong service that we know is a certain amount of time just to book a spot. Then we have to go in and edit the whole appointment again. It would be amazing to be able to edit the amount of time of an appointment BEFORE we confirm. :)

  12. We are constantly adding services to client's treatments. It would be very helpful to be able to add them right in at the check out screen instead of having to edit the whole appointment. Besides the extra steps, it also messes with the way the schedule looks for the rest of the day! :)

  13. When the wifi goes out, the checkout process goes down. It would be nice to have the ability to still checkout a client and have the transaction process when the system comes back online (see Square).

  16. Ability to turn on and off per service provider or per service provider role. Ideally this is for both ends, novices will need extra time with new clients and masters may need a defaulted lesser time with new clients.

  17. I would love to have full integration with Jotform and BLVD. I have a beautiful new client form I created on Jotform, and there is no way to link it to client profiles. BLVD integrated forms do not allow for any special/fancy/cute formatting, and do not allow clients to upload photos.

  18. I want to get notified when we recieve a message from a guest, but I don't want to get notified every time some cancels. My email is blowing up, unnecessarily, and I can't turn it off unless I also turn off the one I really need to recieve.

  20. I think it would be cool for the customer to have the ability to edit their answers or add to them in the time leading up to the appointment. Something in the Nordstrom app where you can manage your appointments.
