  3. ...could we get some additional precautions added to the appt confirmation messages to include a couple more symptoms than the COVID preamble such as fever, sores, swollen lymph nodes. We have already had 12 clients cancel appts due to state mandated isolation requests.

  9. It would be great if your system kept a memory of which clients we look up. Sometimes I back out too far and then have re-enter the clients name, whereas it seems it would work well if the client I just looked up was at the top of the list of names under the search bar (which seems to be completely random as far as I can tell.) Thanks

  10. When editing an appointment from the "edit appointment" screen, there is no requirement to pick a resource for a service, even if a resource is marked as required for the service. It would be nice to have something like the warning that comes up when a staff member can't perform a service to remind us to pick a resource.

  11. It's so tedious you have to go in and individually customize and make assignable each individual service instead of having a list of services and being able to check the ones that apply to that new technician.
