Staff Report that compares one service provider's year-over-year numbers
It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.

Clients that want to bank their money for future services. Do a monthly recurring payment that goes immediately to an account credit instead of a voucher.

Bring the ability to remove individual forms from appointments
Currently if you need to remove a form that isn't needed from an appointment, you have to 'complete it offline' and then 'archive' it. Is there any way we can add a 'remove' option for if the form isn't needed?

Bring back phone number formatting
Phone numbers in client profiles no longer have parenthesis and dashes. It is very hard to parse when dialing the phone.
Old format (937) 837-3755 (don’t dial this, I’m not sure whose number it is, but it is a great example to use here)

Show the patients age on their profile next to their birthday.
Some services require patients to be 18 or older and having the age auto populate would help streamline the age check process.

gift certificates
Boulevard desperatly needs to update the Gift Card client experience. More options with fun templates to chooce from..and redeeming should not be so wonky. I used spa boom before and it was really seemless

don't let email templates allow you to edit them before you click "choose this email template"
I click on the template I want and start editing and don't realize I didn't click "choose this template" the extra step needs to be removed or you shouldn't be able to edit the template before clicking that button

privilege group setting where staff can make a new sale ONLY
Allow a privilege group setting where staff can make a new sale without viewing all sales so we don't have to grant access to the entire sales tab
