  2. There should be an option to schedule all employees even if they can't perform services without adding to the hours available for the day. It is hard to calculate the total hours an employee is working if we can't do all of the scheduling in one place.

    Also, we need to be able to schedule multiple shift times per day.

    For example. We have providers that are front desk and performing services, so it makes scheduling challenging if they have a day where they do both. If I make the therapist available all day then block out non-available time, that…

  7. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

The problem with existing appointment reminders in Boulevard right now, is that, they come with a "request to confirm", and if clients forget to confirm, business has to call them as we cannot automatically remove them from the schedule. This creates more burden and manual workload for business, unnecessarily.

    All I want is to send the "APPOINTMENT REMINDER" alone! however it is not possible with current set up.

    Given that clients are already required to provide their credit card information and agree to pay late cancelation and no show fees, it is implicit that they will be held accountable if…

  12. We are switching from Mindbody which has an AI feature built in which we have used tremendously. The AI answers missed calls via text scheduling, rescheduling, or answering questions. It can be built into the practice website to have an extra scheduling option. This feature schedules appointments totally of $5,000+ for us each month when we are closed or on another line with a client.

  14. If we have a cancellation day of or day before and have a huge gap, it would be awesome to have a text go out to the later appointments offering earlier times. They can opt in and move up or indicate they need the original time.

    Ex. Hi Client, an earlier time is now available with your stylist today. If you would like to adjust your scheduled time, please choose from the options below. If you'd like to stay at your original time slot, reply "NO"

  17. When adding items to a purchase order by SKU, the cursor focus leaves the product search line after each product is scanned. It would be more helpful if it stayed on that line to scan multiple products in a row without having to click on the line each time.

  19. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  20. I want to decide which staff members I want to see in the calendar tab, even if they don't have appointments or aren't on the schedule. It'd be nice if I could manually remove anyone that I don't want to see on the calendar tab.
