  4. Make switching between staff accounts on mobile easier. It currently prompts me to update my profile every time. so it adds three screens/clicks to switch for no reason.

  5. The change in Duo payment flow completely caught us off guard and confused us and our clients for the first few checkouts. It turns out the update was announced in the changelog the day before, but the changelog is decently hidden and you have to be looking for changes to find it.

    It is possible to show the pop ups as we were bombarded for a week with the Quickbooks integration announcement.

    Can we have a similar pop up for any changes that directly impact daily operations like changing the checkout flow?

  10. For hair color appointments, we would like to use Add-Ons to add haircuts; and use Modifiers for long/thick hair, conditioning treatments, etc.

    However, whenever Modifiers are selected, the Add-on service gets bumped to the top of the list of services. So the system schedules the haircut first then the color and modifiers. If no Modifiers are chosen, the Add-On is added correctly, after the base service.

    Can this be changed so that the Add-On service is always scheduled after the base service, regardless of whether Modifiers are selected?

  12. When a new customer check in, they can choose either their phone number or their email. At the moment, Boulevard does not allow the NEW customer to skip the email when using Duo App for checking in.
    I hope Boulevard can add an option to skip he email address when a new customer come in and using Duo for checking.

  13. The business would like the ability to edit the client accommodations once they are opened. The business would like the ability to save 0 minute processing and finishing times under client accommodations which currently when you enter that into the edit appointment page, the line is removed and the accommodation only saves the duration time.

Provide businesses a method to elect what information is required for client profiles (First name, last name, phone number, email, CARD ON FILE) and then any instance of a client not having all of the required field filled, a UI element across any instance of their name (except in reports) that denotes that something is missing. This would create great automatic feedback that our staff and receptionists would pay attention to and correct whenever they can.
