  2. Staff would like to see when clients come in together. online they can be put into a group but by us. So our staff is getting confused weather they have duels.

    Example, Sister A sees MT Jen, Sister B sees MT Kacey both at 2pm. Our staff wants to see them get highlighted together so they know they came together and need to done at the same time.

  4. There are additional customizable questions that would be helpful for online gift cards, such as:

    Purchaser's Phone Number
    Recipient's First Name, Last Name (in addition to email
    Gift Card Delivery - (E-Gift of Pickup)
    Ability to select whether to use credit card on file if there is one.

  8. When clients book an appt for themselves and a guest - either under their name or as 'guest of' the appt should automatically add a tag as a 'party' and highlight both appts when hovering over one or the other appt!!!!!

  11. It would be so useful if we could set tags/emojis to automatically add to profiles or appointments, just like for the membership one but if we could do it ourselves we would use it for other things, too! Similar to offer codes, how those can be applied to certain things automatically.

  13. We don't use Blvd's built-in cancellation fee for a few different reasons, one is because it charges service tax even though a service obviously wasn't performed or received. I wish we had the option to disable that cancellation fee in our dashboard since we are not using it at all, that way there is a zero chance that our employees will process it incorrectly.

  15. Adding a message client button on the client file. When I need to contact a client I click on their appointment and the popup bar shows the phone number, option to cancel or reschedule, etc. An option to message them directly from there would be so helpful, instead of having to go to do all the extra steps to messages and pull up the name and then message.

  20. When looking at products at the brand level, you should be able to see a list of which shops a product is active at. If a product isn't sold at all shops and you want to confirm which ones it is enabled at, right now you have to literally go through each location one by one and search for the product at each one to see if it is enabled or not. This is not sustainable or scalable for us at all.
