    allow you to schedule add ons in the app
    view the waitlist in the app

    m any stylist/ therapist/ technicians deal with client schedules outside of business hours so I would love for them to have the ability to use the app for these features

  8. We have recently had multiple instances where someone books a group appointment, then cancels via their portal/email link. The problem is this often leaves the other party/parties in the schedule with no indication to us that it wasn't intentionally left, and no indication that the person who scheduled actually cancelled their own appointment (we have cancellation notifications off because they include too many appointments that we either already know about ex. cancelling them ourselves. or don't care about ex. cancelling an appointment to rebook it under a correct name)

  12. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

Recently the group tag emojis were revised, and it made it harder (for me) to quickly scan the calendar view to see which clients go with with group since several of the emojis look very similar. We use the colored dots on group appointments also, which does help, but emojis that look less similar would also help.

  20. When adding the same phone number for multiple people ie mothers/ younger teens it gets confusing when they text the office it defaults to one or the other but its never correct. How can we simplify this, can it be by birthdate?
