  2. Service bundles - have the ability to have multiple services in one service booking, and for the services to be with different service providers.

    i.e. "pamper package" books services in package back to back...
    10:30am mani - SP 1
    11am facial - SP 2
    12pm massage - SP 3

  4. There are lots of ideas in here about loyalty. The system needs an upgrade to be used. It is confusing the way you have the math set up. It needs an expiration to create urgency. It also needs custom settings. I cannot use loyalty points AND packages as the discounts are too much combined. You should be able to assign points to purchases. I would for example, like to exclude packages as they are already discounted. It is frustrating that it is ALMOST there. I need points for birthdays and referrals. It should automatically email clients when points are accrued.

  5. Please add the length of a client's appointment to their email confirmation, where they can already see the start time. Adding an end time would be helpful so they aren't surprised at how long the service will take!

  7. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  9. We have multiple instances where client refunds are moved to account balance because of exchanges or errors and then we cannot refund the account balance or create a refund without an order. The system duplicate charged an account balance somehow and I can't issue a refund to the client without waiting 4-6 weeks?

  11. We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.

    For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.

    Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

  13. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  17. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.
