  1. There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.

  2. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  3. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  7. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  8. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  12. When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

  16. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers". Based on my interpretation of the support document, no intervention should be required on our part? My point is, it's enabled and there is no accessible "switch" to…

    We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  17. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  18. We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

  19. There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.
