  2. The colors are overwhelming. For example, the pink on Pink and green on green. I suggest a white background for everything with a colored trimmed. Take a look at Mindbody or Booker for some ideas.

  3. We need the ability to take Internal Deposits. We take deposits on all services, not just online services. This should be assignable within the service set up so that it automates the appointment booking process for our front desk. Having to create a sale for an account credit and having the staff manually calculate the deposit amount leaves too much room for human error and takes up more time. We want our booking and checkout process to be seamless and this is a standard feature with most other booking platforms. I am shocked this is not an available feature.

  4. Ability to customize the length of time a client has not been back in for them to receive their Reminder to Book or Fill Slow Days email campaign to go beyond 'haven't visited in last 30 days' and/or 'don't have an appointment in the next 7 days'.

  5. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  6. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  7. Time to Purchase Prompt!
    When it's time for a client to repurchase it will auto prompt at check out to suggest repurchase of that item they may be running low on. Meevo does this and clients love this feature.

  8. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

  9. Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.

    This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

When we let go of someone (or they quit) we have to leave them active for at least a month so that the appointments are on the calendar view so we can move them while also notifying past clients that we're moving them over to a new stylist. We change the terminated staff to an "inactive" privilege group so that they can't use boulevard. But unless we remove their notifications, they will receive booking sms still. If there was a privilege option to deny or approve all notifications that leave the boulevard ecosystem I would be much more in control…

  14. Barefoot Bliss would like the ability to charge a membership transfer fee for clients that want to share a voucher or credit with someone else. They don't want the membership to be inherently sharable, but as a one-off, if a client wants to transfer a credit, they want to charge a fee to do so.

  19. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.
