  3. When offering a discount to a client, the only option the system allows is for the employee's commission to be adjusted along with the discount instead of the company absorbing the cost.

  4. Why doesn't it allow us to immediately add the quantity of the the new item while entering all the other info. It becomes a lengthy process to leave that screen completely just to add the quantity.

  11. Currently, when a new client books online, only 60 minutes is allotted to them. If they have dense, long, or very thick hair, 60 minutes is not enough time to accommodate them. It would be nice if stylists had the option of allotting 90 minutes to any new client who books with them.

  12. Other salon software allows warnings or lockouts to prevent staff from clocking in too early for shift or from lunches. Adding this option and helping Boulevard businesses more options to follow labor law will help immensely.

  17. During covid we have had a lot of instances of needing to maybe close early or schedule lunches for multiple people at the same time. It would be useful to be able to add more than one person while creating a repeating block, instead of having to do it for every stylist.

  19. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.
