Make service provider badge at top of calendar view state booking interval for that viewed day
And give those with manage privilige ability to change single day's booking interval for that day from that view. Trying to cut down steps of when a manger sees that a particular day would benefit from altering this hidden feature that greatly impacts booking, from a dozen clicks of navigation to less and more intuitive.

Way to restrict service providers from editing their service menu.
As our service providers don't understand how their changes to this impacts their booking, what's assignable, and why things are set the way they are; any changes here have a rather large impact to scheduling. Additionally, unless a manager knows that this occurs, the issue will be problematic for an unknownst amount of time.
Provide salons the option to have this behind a privilege wall.
If a service provider decides that they need a different amount of time to do something then this would destroy their schedule. This is even worse if they have a service interval set up. And…

Make the new requirement for client name when searching for an appointment optional
I noticed that a client name is now required when searching for an appointment. I use the search to find our next appointment for prospective clients, and often they don't end up booking. Fixing one of the constraints below would alleviate this:
- Making it optional to require the name before searching
- Being able to change a name on an appointment (then we could use a "throw away" name to search and then change to the real name if they actually want to schedule)

When charging to Duo, an option to charge and NOT collect or request gratuity
Possibly buttons side by side, one "Collect Gratuity and Charge" and "No Gratuity, Only Charge". We have quite a number of clients who tip outside of Blvd or provide cash (or gift cards), it currently is an awkward and ~15 second task of explaining to client to click no tip then pay. This is easy for our spry clients, but for our less so clients this hold up is very confusing and causes awk-delay.

Make "Charge with Boulevard Duo" first option and not the card on file when checking out clients.
We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.

Mobile Optimized Online Booking (website)
The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…
