  1. When a client is in for multiple services with multiple staff members it is hard to drag and drop the individual services to rearrange them. Moving one will apparently randomly move other services on the ticket. Some services can be moved by themselves, but others end up moving the other services on the ticket. It would be so much easier to drag and drop than writing down the start times for each service and manually editing the ticket.

  3. if a service provider works at multiple locations at the same time (3 locations for example), ability for the schedule to be blocked off at location A, if the service provider is booked at location B

  6. It would be great if a client could upload an image of the vaccination card when booking. In NY our clients don't have to wear a mask if vaccinated but checking at the front desk can be tricky. If they can connect their Dept. of Health app or upload a photo when booking and then their appt can have an icon showing if they are vaccinated.

  7. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  9. goal setting as far as services & retail daily/weekly/monthly with daily pie chart and % completed that would show as the tickets complete and be visible next to the stylist name

  10. As is, the completed appt if not adjusted prior to checkout impedes bookability and is not editable unless voiding and redoing the order which is too difficult for staff or creates client side confusion.
    Example, 4 hour service completes 2 hours in, staff does not remember to adjust the appt duration. Now 2 hours are not bookable by client self booking. Would like solution for this.

  13. We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!
