  1. Can we make it so new guest need to be accepted before scheduled? A waitlist that needs to be accepted before the client is scheduled.

    Vagaro has this feature and its very helpful

    sometimes new guests book the wrong service for their need and this way we can make sure they get set up with the proper appointment.

  2. When an existing client is booked in a group appointment as a guest it would be great if an email was required that could then acknowledge they're already a client instead of creating a blank, second profile

  7. We'd like to know if a client added themselves to the waitlist or if a staff member added them to the waitlist - this will help us determine if a staff member has checked in with them about the request, if they have alternative dates, etc.

    I have clients that book a year out and have recurring appts, say every 6 weeks. If I see that their appt should be 45 minutes long instead of 30, when I change that next appt, the recurring appts also change. I have had to go through manually and change all 45 minute color processes to 30 (they normally are 30) and some people that take longer in cutting or color individually.   13. It would be great if we could apply promo codes on our end when an appointment is made. For instance, if someone calls ont he phone and we put the appointment in and they want to use a "new client discount" or something we won't have to worry about applying this later and it will already be there at checkout.

  15. We have a lot of common treatments and services that are added on last minute to appointments and they're not always performed by the same stylist. It would be awesome to have a column of our most common add-on services rather than having to leave the checkout window to update the whole appointment and go back. We are glad we switched over from Booker, but that is something I seriously miss!

  17. We'd love to be able to ban people from online booking. Currently, every day we have to physically go in and delete 2 clients who we have told we can no longer see them, but they still book online all of the time. This puts us in an uncomfortable situation to have a conversation with the old client.

  18. When you make a gift card in Boulevard it would be nice to have a field where you can attach the recipient's name so staff could look it up that way. It would also add another layer of security for the buyer and recipient.

  19. Give us the option of not displaying prices on the booking widget. If there's a setting to not have them display in the reminder emails it should also be on the booking widget.
