    Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.


    Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

  5. (or new widgets for online sales of gift cards, packages, products etc)

    We'd love to be able to send clients directly to the BLVD widget on our site for promotional purposes to sell gift cards, products and packages and need links to include within these promotional assets (email newsletter, site banner/pop-ups etc) as sending them to our site currently would leave them confused as the only active widget instructs them to "Book Now" which is not (necessarily) what they would've come here to do (nor is it the CTA that just got them to our site).   6. It would be awesome to see messages that were previously sent to a guest right when you click to message them from their profile (almost like a text thread that pops up when you go to type a message) - instead of having to go into the profile messages section to view the previous thread. We've accidentally sent multiple messages to the same client because we forgot to check if they'd already been contacted. Would just be really nice and convenient!

  9. When you are creating a new appointment it would be good have other options on the Referral Drop Down list. This would enable us to capture how many appointments are being booked because people are calling the store direct, vs booking on-line or the Stylist Self-booking

  12. Keeping the staff color for active times would be very beneficial. Our staff color codes mean different things, and it would be nice to keep their color for the background of their working hours instead of the gray while still being able to have the services colored based on our preferences.

  13. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

    Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

  15. It would be awesome to have the employee separate from staff roles. This way one employee can be scheduled for multiple roles. For example: Hairstylist who also does esthetics. Can be listed as one employee in gear tab, but can be listed in two roles (Stylist and esthetician) in the location tab. You can then schedule each role independently, but performance reports, logins, payroll, etc... are all for the individual employee so they can see each role on their schedule, and payroll doesn't need to be manually combined as it does with multiple employees.
