    I can imagine it like this:

    At checkout front desk lets client know they can book their next appointment online. "OH WOW didn't know you can do that"

  9. Many times we purchase products, retail or backbar and the vendor does a promotion or monetary discount. It would be lovely to have a option to apply an "offer" or percentage discount in the purchase orders directly to maintain accurate reporting of inventory and their cost value.

  10. Or perhaps give businesses the option to enable this. Right now we are over quoting most deposit services just so that there is no shock with pricing on checkout. But with boulevard we are unknowingly making our clients think we are holding onto their deposits for selfish reasons. An option to have the remaining deposits refunded to the customers on this checkout would be great, also a prompt on the ipad letting them know this.   11. Love the add on feature for services, for online booking. But would be awesome if when booking on the app, or on the dashboard, or even checking out a guest that when that service is selected the add on menu pops up automaticall and you can pick the options that apply, would help the flow of appointment booking when booking clients, and would also help when a new stylist/employee checks out a client that they can add on multiple items to that ticket so they know whats included in the prices etc.

    I just received this email from a client and wanted to pass it along

    "I often have trouble booking on Safari, everything works until I have to hit the "add $37-42" button after selecting a stylist; that button seems to work on Chrome but not on Safari."

  17. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past.   18. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.
