employee toggle for scheduling -ex: Bethany scheduled one day as assistant (non bookable) and one day as stylist (bookable)
I have multiple employees covering different roles on different days. With the current setup, I have to create new employee profiles for each role to keep them separated. Our old system (Millennium) had a simple toggle feature to show their role for the day (manager, assistant, stylist)

Client messages to go to Admin Emails
The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

So the client can see individual charges with each stylist and products on the Ipad when Checking out.

Appointment Type
It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

Reporting/History for Admin
Having a way to see who booked/cancelled an appointment for accountability.
Additionally, have an admin report to see login history (time, date, IP)

Ability to change appt details after checkout
Such as appt time, duration; at current adding services right at checkout leads to larger tabulations on utilization and sometimes even dislodges match maker since added services are covering what was bookable space.

Privilege setting for adjusting retail price upon checkout
They want their staff to still be able to adjust service pricing at checkout, just not products. It would be helpful to have separate options for these.

Beta reports: add redeemed order number attribute to voucher and gift card redemption reports
Right now, we are able to report on redeemed order ID but redeemed order number would also be beneficial

Primary location on the client profile
Ability to filter client list by client's primary location (rather than completed service locations.) Would also take into account all closed orders rather than just service sales (i.e. client purchased multiple gift cards through a specific location).
