Log-in with Pin
Instead of having to sign in and out between users, could we have a pin to enter for each user to make the process faster and easier?

With multiple receptionists, having the ability to "pin" in/out instead of logging in/out of BLVD would be much more efficient for tracking who books each appointment. So if I walk away from the computer and another employee books or changes an appointment it will say they did it instead of me.

We have one main desktop in the salon at the checkout desk. I would like there to be a feature that if the system hasn't been used in say 3 minutes it locks with a keypad where the employee can enter their 4 digit code so if they go on to checkout, schedule, adjust product qualities, etc. it logs which employee did it without having to fully log in and out of boulevard.

Instead of having staff log in and out to view their own permissioned pages, it would be great to have the front desk log-in display all pages that are accessible by admin, but just require a PIN code to actually access it.
This way, admin, receptionist, and stylists all use the one central log-in credential to use boulevard on the front desk computer, but specific pages are blocked for specific permission groups. Only authorized individuals with the correct PIN code can access restricted pages. Our old software would show a quick list of clocked-in staff when someone clicks on a restricted page. You'd choose your name out of that list, and then it will prompt for you to verify your PIN code. If you can verify that you're indeed that individual (by putting in the correct PIN code), then you can access the restricted page.

I know that we can log out and log back in and then log out and then back in and so forth. Can we entertain the idea that once someone is logged in, that Boulevard uses a quick PIN method to 1. document who is making changes and adjustment on the schedule. 2. also limit the power of the master sign in .

It would be very beneficial to have the system time out and lock after X amount of time and a 4 digit PIN to log back in.
We struggle with other people doing things in Boulevard under other people's accounts. The paper trail gets confused by this.
