An error occurred while saving the comment JJ C commentedInstead of having staff log in and out to view their own permissioned pages, it would be great to have the front desk log-in display all pages that are accessible by admin, but just require a PIN code to actually access it.
This way, admin, receptionist, and stylists all use the one central log-in credential to use boulevard on the front desk computer, but specific pages are blocked for specific permission groups. Only authorized individuals with the correct PIN code can access restricted pages. Our old software would show a quick list of clocked-in staff when someone clicks on a restricted page. You'd choose your name out of that list, and then it will prompt for you to verify your PIN code. If you can verify that you're indeed that individual (by putting in the correct PIN code), then you can access the restricted page.

An error occurred while saving the comment JJ C commentedThe stylist that has just serviced a customer should not be prioritized for "First Available" over another stylist that has been waiting for a client.
Boulevard's current "First Available" is randomized and is not fair when it comes to distributing clients among our staff. Let's say stylist Jessica has just serviced a client, and another walk-in came into the shop. It's my turn to cut hair, but the current "First Available" randomizes and gives it to Jessica again, even though it's my turn to take on the next walk-in. This makes it necessary for us to hire a full-time receptionist to watch over boulevard and correct the distribution of clients to the proper stylist. IT'S COSTING US MONEY to use Boulevard!

An error occurred while saving the comment JJ C commentedYES! It's very frustrating!! When I'm adding a new client, I start with the phone number (since names you can misspell, but phone numbers are easier to input so I start with that) and once I type the number and click "create new client" the phone number auto fills into the FIRST NAME field instead of "MOBILE", you'd think the system is smart enough to distinguish names and numbers and fill them into the right field automatically. But no. And when you go to delete the phone number from the first name field, it EXITS the client profile screen altogether and now you have to ask for the phone number again! Instead, what you need to do, is to to type the phone number into the mobile section a SECOND TIME, and highlight the phone numbers in the first name field, and THEN type in the name as to carefully not clear the first name field completely (or it will exit the screen again) before proceeding further.
