When scheduling from the dashboard. If you select a time on the calendar to book and choose "first available" for a resource, then click the time in a providers book, the system will 100% of the time choose a resource that is not available before one that is available.
It also will not keep the selection if you drag the resource appointment to an available room, it will move it back to the occupied one when you click "save".
Searching for an appointment works for finding available resources, but it doesn't always work for our booking (sometimes we are intentionally booking over a time block, or changing the order of appointments, etc...)

When scheduling from the calendar (clicking on an opening with a provider) the service has an option to choose "first Available" resource. 99% of the time Boulevard chooses a resource that is booked and double books it (without any warnings or fanfare)
When searching using the New Appointment button this doesn't happen.
