Staff Performance Report: Utilization Percentage
Currently, the "Hours scheduled" are not set up to reflect the time clock so it would help to be able to see the time that the staff member actually worked vs. the number of hours scheduled.
So many of our artists call out or will ask to come in late or will leave early if they finish early, and this, summed up across all artists over the course of an entire week, can greatly impact our artist utilization to be far off.

Show Linked Group Appointments Better
Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.

Assistant Privileges
Need Assistants to have access to one or two stylists schedules and those stylist client names, but no other client information. Don't want them to see the full schedule/calendar, they just need to know the schedules of the stylists they're assisting

"Modified by" signifier on appointment cards
Similar to how appointment cards show the details of who booked the appointment, add a modified by detail to show any instances of rescheduling.

Choose if Blocked time is included or excluded from productive hours
Need to be able to choose if the block is "exclude from available productive hours" or "include in percent booked". Necessary for a lunch break

Ipad Check in- Staff names appears but not clients name when the client checks in
Needs clients to have the ability to check in on iPad with staff names appearing, while client's names hidden for security reasons.

Remove Suggested Products under client profile after purchase
The client profile retains/keeps the suggested product in the client profile even after the client has bought it. Would prefer for it to be removed once the client purchases it so they are not suggested the same product if they come in before their next appointment.

Ability to add tax to only some services and not all
There are only some services in NY that are taxable and others that are not. The ability to be able to place the tax for the taxable services is needed.

- Security - ability to have a logout timer for public computers but those who work at one can set to not logout

Disable SKU for product
Add the function to disable a SKU in inventory (not delete) so it doesn't show in an inventory report but is available for historical reporting- Allison request*
