Better handling of clients that share a phone number such as families
At current the contact center potentially can make a mess of things with confirmations if clients A and children B and spouse C use all A's number and an appt is cancelled, or confirmed. Then the system will potentially do actions for the wrong account or appt.

Bold the numbers on the Monthly Calendar when there is availability.
When booking an appt, online, the view shows for a week. When you click the calendar and it shows you the month, the day that has availability should be BOLD. This would allow for quicker booking.

First-Sentence Notes
When typing a message to a client, we cannot make the first message into a "note" in the chat. Please allow us to make that first message a "note" instead of a message sent to the client! thanks!

View and make notes on the calendar without blocking out time
It would be so nice to make notes on the individual day of the stylist's calendar that doesn't block the time.

New client flag on Calendar
Stylists and owners are interested to know when a client is new to their salons or barbershop so they can drill down to learn more about them and their service (Booker displays a "New" badge beside every applicable appointment in their calendar view) and that feature also allows reception to greet/serve them appropriately as new clients as well as again providing a visual cue to the stylist when they also greet the new client.

Lunch Break/Blockout Option Built Into Schedule Section.
There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.

Manager/owner features on mobile app
We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

Bigger "TODAY" button
When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

Better way to deal with notifications in the dashboard
When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?
