Service providers want to be able to understand their stats/KPIs
At current the mobile app reports do not provide them the items they should easily be able to access
Daily, weekly, and monthly reports showing; Gross service, gross products, gross tips.
If business allows permission of seeing client details, then show detailed itemization. If not, then general amount per day, week, month.
Option as well to show timeclock stats of similar periods.

Group Checkout Button at Checkout over drag and drop option.
Current Process:
Group checkout:
- move forward with closing out a guest, or dragging the name to Completed
- Minimize window & drag separate clients name into the minimized checkout window. This will add the client to the checkout, now you could perform a group checkout.
Possible Idea:
When a client will be checked out, the checkout window will have an option under "Services" that may say "Add client to checkout". Clicking this option will bring up the list of current clients.

Stand alone tip option
Can there be an option for clients to give a tip with cc after they have paid for services. Sometimes they forget to give a tip after they have paid for service.

Continuous Book Out
When booking multiple appointments, it would be great to be able to continuously book out from the last one booked. IE: book out 6 weeks after the previous appt, and so on, while using the 4 week, 6 week, 8 week option.

Make name fields auto capitalize

Split screens or message pop-outs
Would be really convenient to be able to see the calendar view while messaging a client with an existing conversation, as it seems the pop up/minimize feature is so far for new messages only. Either that, or being able to split the screen or create some kind of tab option.

changing or switching services in the register instead of having to go in and change the actual appointment. People get blowdrys instead of haircuts or a toner is added. It would be ideal to just add it in the register.

Bulk action to Deactivate all gift cards with zero balance
A bulk action to deactivate all gift cards with zero balance would be a great help to clean up the database and reports for gift cards.
Bonus points for a tool that will bulk deactivate gift cards that were sold prior to a certain date (due to expiration)

Default method of payment
Change from default card on file to default to card swipe when client is checking out.

Ability to move pop-up windows in the browser
There are a few pop-up windows that will block pieces of information that might be needed when adding notes. Examples of windows that would be nice to move are clicking on an appointment, creating a block, and canceling an appointment.
