  1. This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

Offered a work around for the time being.

  3. The last app we used was SalonBiz Stylist. We were able to install the app on a smart watch. We were able to see a one day schedule of clients with the time of day, looked like the agenda view. If you clicked a client's name, it would give you the color notes, starting with the most recent note. This was great info to have on you at all times, especially if you left your phone at your station or you forgot your client's name (LOL).

  13. When we run Time-Keeping report for payroll - 2 weeks - and export it, each staff member is a sheet in excel. I'd love a summary page of the totals on one page.

  14. When editing an appointment with a gap between services, the gap is removed when you save the changes. Example: Massage from 10-11 Facial from 11:30-12:30, Pedicure from 12:30-2.

If you change the pedicure to a manicure, the manicure and Facial times are changed to remove the 30 minute gap. You then need to go back and change all of the times to be correct again. (pity the person that didn't write down what they were to start with!)

Usually we have intentional gaps for lunches during spa days, or because there is a conflict and they can't do the services…

  15. Hello,

Our clients currently receive an email for their birthdays notifying them they have a $10 credit that can be used at their next visit. But these credits to not automatically hit their account. We would like blvd to automatically apply these. Other wise we have to do this extra step at checkout.

    Thank you

  17. We should be able to make some products tippable. We have a full service bar within our salon, and many clients want to add gratuity to the beverages. It's not fast to add it in individually, like it is for services

  19. To give the staff a UI of visual waitlist appts that in turn would increase chances of fulfillment.

I'm thinking it would be a visual showing of pending appts, where as a manager could lock the view ON or OFF so that no matter what staff are seeing it. Dragging those appts onto the schedule or rescheduling them to a service providers column would be the same as booking the appt and removing it from the waitlist. If someone said they want service 1 that takes 30 min and anytime after 12pm, then dragging that 8hr pending appt and dropping…
