  2. Currently its a 2-step process to take a deposit over the phone/in-person when a client wants to book an appointment. Can there be a way when booking appointments at front desk, make it possible to process a deposit within new appointment ticket or auto prompt another outlet for deposit? It's very inconvenient how currently set-up.

    In meevo, I can go directly to the register and ring up a service for a client w/o creating a new appointment.

    I had to refund a client because we rang her up for the wrong service. But I had to create a new appointment for her to be able to charge her. It's an inconvenient extra step. Would have been easier if in 'New Sale' the option to charge for a service was available.

    Same for ringing up a walk in client for product. Meevo has 'Anonymous Male, Anonymous Female option in the register…

  9. It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

  20. We would like a better ability to identify which of our front desk staff are making errors with name spelling, email addresses, phone number errors. And fire those that are incompetent and causing the business stress. But without this feature it is quite difficult to determine "who" are making mistakes.

    Right now we are using a loose assumption of when a record was made by looking at when the appointment was booked and who was working at that time. This assumes that the person working front desk did it and also that the record was kept the same since its…
