  1. Most businesses use their retail products or have a separate inventory for backbar products. In Boulevard the only way to scan out or "checkout" a backbar used item is to run it as a sale. If there was simply a separate system that could tie into the products that could automatically zero out a retail product and pull from both retail & backbar that would be great. Running it as a sale messes with the books and the accounting aspect because more taxing.

Due to Covid and asking clients to wait outside in their cars and to text upon arrival, it would be helpful if similar to when picking up food ordered ahead of time and picked up (like at Panera for example) you could click a link that says "I'm Here and parked" Then for it to be an autmoated text repsonse that their technician will be right with them... Or to wait patiently while your stylist gets the suite (or chair, salon, area, etc) ready for you.

    This is especially great for suite owners, barbershops, salons, etc that may have limited…

  6. Also the card selection should specify which one was selected for the appt as well.

    At current I am sure that we may be charging the non-preferential card sometimes. If the client is a no-show we must charge them, but in the case that it isn't the correct card we may be non intentionally charging cards that could cause the clients bank issues.

  8. For freelance services provides it would be great if they can take an appointment text and upload that appointment date and time into their personal calendars so they get reminders.

  9. There is not a simple way to track the number of botox units a client gets per unit price under services at checkout. (under products you can input quantity but not under service).

    Also, would like to have a feature where clients can pre-pay for units in advance ( package / voucher) at discounted price, and have an easy checkout to apply said pre-paid units.

    Example: Currently only have it set up to redeem 1 voucher per service; but if a client has 28 pre-paid units of botox, under the checkout tab there is no feature to enable all said…

  10. From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.

    Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.

You would think these two responses would be obvious to include all of these "y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm"-some of which I don't think would ever even be used.... "yea" and "yeah" are actual words.
