When booking an appointment, temporarily place a "Currently Booking" hold
Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.
In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.

Increase beta report service filter lists.
The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

Some visual element that shows if an email of a client is tied to a password-made account so we know which email to use when merging.
Right now if a client has multiple accounts and they don't make passwords for one account but did for the other email, we have no idea which one should be the primary to merge. Also we have no way of knowing what emails are tied to accounts

Staff Availability Schedule Report
We would like a report that can be exported and sent to our staff showing their schedule for the upcoming week, month, etc.

Gift card number in purchase email
If you buy a gift card for a client through the Sales screen it will send them a receipt but not the gift card number.

Add gift cards as a payment method at checkout.
we have a-lot of clients that receive or purchase gift cards with us and would like to use their gift card to hold the appointment/as payment.

Staff messaging
The ability to create a message that each staff member must read before they clock in for the day. For instance: "Our new promotion is starting today." or "Reminder, we are closing early on Tuesday."
This will ensure the staff member reads the message and is informed or reminded of a policy, store change, etc.

Add Clocked Time to Sales Reports
When running payroll, it would be great to only have to run 1 report. I personally love how neat and clean the Net Revenue by Staff report is. If it could include tips and clocked time, that would be ideal.
Or
If the staff performance or sales breakdown report could include a column for CLOCKED time, that would be awesome, too.

Be able to book two of the same service within one appointment
It would be nice to allow a client to book two of the same service under one appointment without having to make it a group booking. For example, if we have a parent that wants to bring their 2 kids in to the salon at the same time for a cut they can't book both their children in the same appointment because the system only allows you to book one service per appointment. Would be nice to have the feature where you could book 2 of the same service!
