If client has entered in email, appointment time, and payment data but for some reason has NOT completed the booking...

We have an issue that for some reason every 2 weeks at least 1 client comes in PER location who says they booked an appointment but we have no record of it. Our current procedure is to ask them to show us the appointment confirmation email then if they don't have that, let them know that they must not have booked the appointment all the way. Product Button under Appointment Preference in the widget.
To be able to have a separate product button for clients to buy products with ease instead of having confused clients trying to search under "individual appointments" for products only.

Don't display some resources on the calendar
It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

change due should reflect in register
If someone writes their check for more money than their bill is the computer will tell you that there is change due but then it does not show it taken from the register. I then have to go in and do a cash out for that change. I feel like the computer should know that change coming from a check means cash is coming out of the drawer.

Multilocation Calendar View to help owners and multiple location managers better manage ops.
If on different timezones, would make sense to have range spanning first time zone but keep red-line of "now" correct across all locations.

Ability to see canceled appointments in the schedule
I think that the ability to cancel appointments, sending the cancelation text and still seeing the appointment in the schedule will encourage the use of the text.
