  5. There should be an easier way to terminate an employee. There are currently too many steps to make this happen and future appointments get missed and then disappear. Then clients show up for appointments that don't exist on our end.

  7. I would love if the appointment increments on the calendar tab were adjustable by user vs. by center! I love the 5 minutes, but some like the 15 minutes. I wish we could view it all indivuadally!

  10. It would be nice to have the ability to auto-generate a random gift card number during the creation process. Ideally, it would know what other numbers were in use and not duplicate them.

    It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.

    On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

  16. Users currently don't have control. If a user wants to NOT do online booking but HAVE online GC purchasing, they cannot turn off Online Booking. This is a design flaw. Online GC's produced and emailed then have a "BOOK APPT ONLINE" option...but it shouldn't!! This gives clients a work around from our booking process that causes us time and headaches. Please decouple online gc widget from online booking!

  19. I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.
