  1. I notice after Checkout, the staff display defaults to just who provided the service, prompting the user to toggle the "Staff" dropdown to "Is Working" again. Can we stop this auto default, and keep the default to "Is Working"?

If you navigate to a client's profile from the calendar page (or any page other than the client look-up section), you are brought to the client profile but the URL is still https://dashboard.boulevard.io/calendar, so if I want to share that client profile with someone, I have to go to the client lookup page, search for the client again there, and then can use the unique URL with their client ID. This is a very regular occurrence and would be very helpful if, no matter how you navigate to a client's profile, once you are there, you always have the…

  15. We have had employees clock-in on the time-clock from locations other than the business location. Can we restrict time-clock access to only the business computer, without completely restricting remote dashboard access?

  16. We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

  19. We really need to be able to toggle taxes on or off for services and/or products. Diplomats, non-profit organizations and others are tax exempt. We have several thousand dollars in sales each year that are non-taxable, and Boulevard has NO solution for this, so we lose money every time: we need this yesterday! We, of course, also need reports to show the non-taxable sales for reporting in accounting and payment of sales taxes to the state authorities.

  20. In effort to ensure a business has clients' most updated information, sending an Email at a cadence of the business's choice prompting the client to update their account information would be beneficial. If anything, sending once per year would help.
