  2. Staff would like to see when clients come in together. online they can be put into a group but by us. So our staff is getting confused weather they have duels.

    Example, Sister A sees MT Jen, Sister B sees MT Kacey both at 2pm. Our staff wants to see them get highlighted together so they know they came together and need to done at the same time.

  3. say "Thanks!" after a form submission, rather than giving the client another blank one. The confusion is insane and everyone fills out the form multiple times. They ask us to change it but we can't.

  5. We had a feature before where over each stylists schedule each day they had a "% booked" percentage above their name so they knew how much empty space they had per day.

  11. It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

  12. Salons have the option to set up an automated message for clients birthdays/important dates. Boulevard notifies salon staff if a client is coming in on the day of or close to their birthday/important date.

  17. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

  18. It would be super easy to lose valuable customer information because Boulevard doesn't prioritize non-blank fields when merging clients. I am guessing the merge is prioritized based on which one was active last. But it makes more sense to see if a field is non-blank and default to that one even if it is on an older profile.
