Clicki Integration
We are using a new software called Clicki (https://clicki.io) to pay our clients to promote us on social media. We pay our clients $1.00 for each unique click they generate for our company.
It has been fantastic - so much so we have stopped all our google pay per click and now only pay our clients to promote us. Would love to see a more formal integration with this new innovative company and concept.

Locking appointments to a specific staff member.
There are some requests that are flexible and others that won't book with any other stylist. This is typically in the notes for appointments, but it would be helpful to have a distinction between no staff preference, staff requested and a locked appointment to a specific staff member.

It allows us to make the best stylist match for the customer depending on their budget for the appointment.

Show Waitlist Information on guest profile
It would be great to have a way to see what a guest is on the waitlist for when looking at their profile (and in the messages sidebar). Sometimes we can see that they are on the list more than once, or they want a service we didn't realize. Or they had the service they are waiting for and we can remove them from the list.

The ability to purchase a recurring membership with the freedom to use any service provider.
I would love to see a recurring membership that can be used for all clients.
For example- You can have an auto draft of $99 1x a month that is valid for $120 in services.
I would like this member to be able to see any stylist regardless of price point. The membership can be good for retail as well as service.

Ability to make services NOT assignable, not even manually overridden
At current turning off assignable means services can still be booked manually.
I think it should be that under bookability that it is two part, bookable by us and bookable by client, then assignable mean literally whether this service can be placed on the provider's schedule or not. The distinction at current is wishy washy and allows too easy of a bypass.

Stay on the Same View after an Appointment is Made
Every time I book an appointment under a stylist under "week" or "4-day" view, the calendar reverts back to day view and goes to Sunday or a completely different day instead of staying where I was booking. Makes it super annoying to double check if an appointment was booked correctly because we have to go searching for it.

Add Product Pictures
We need pictures and descriptions next to products. Aside from hair products, we also sell hair accessories and salon merch. We would really benefit from having pictures next to items so we can sell more to our clients.

5'minutes early check in time before the appointments start
We are having issues of clients showing up late and thus we need a checkin time 5 minutes before the start of the appointment. One simple way to do that would be to give us the option of placing transition time before the appointment instead of after. Or simply having a "checkin" time option that starts 5' early.
Benefit: We can shorten our appointment times and be more profitable.

Email the amount and deposit date for each transfer
We moved from Square to BLVD and this is one feature I miss. I liked seeing email messages that let me know how much and when each transfer would be,
i.e. "Your Friday transfer of $3,561.00 will be sent on Sunday"
It would be nice to not manually have to check on transfers.

Guest Profile Photos
We are seeing an increasing level of FRAUD on new guest profiles. We really need to be able to take the photo of the guest and capture other ID elements like the driving license.
