Make Schedule Order the same as Desktop Schedule Order
On the desktop version of Boulevard you can move service providers into a particular order which is awesome but when viewed on the app it is all out of order. Could you please make the schedule order reflect the same in the app or make the schedule order adjustable on the app so we can rearrange service providers? Thank you.

Move and resize time blocks by clicking them on calendar
Would be easier to do on calendar once the time block is created. Especially since it tends to start a break like 5 minutes before the hour which is annoying.

product sales
When in a booth rental atmosphere, my girls selling retail get a commission for selling, to keep track it would be very helpful if in the sales part when only selling retail there would be a notes part that they could type in their name so I could identify that they sold the product instead of having to keep a list on paper

Tickler system
Some way have a log for clients that records outgoing calls towards cancelations, rescheduling, and gift card balance reminders. A "tickler system" similar to medical or attorney offices that sets up reminders to call out to clients.

Show calendar view of available dates in online booking
Clients should be able to see what days their preferred therapists are available on a calendar view when self booking. Right now they have to click on each day and hope some times pop up with the therapist they are trying to book

Make it possible for overseas clients to use for online booking.
Overseas clients, for example those with UK credit cards are unable to book online as the system now requires a US zip code. Is there a way to make credit card submission accessible to cardholders outside the United States?? This is way too limiting. Also, if a client refuses to give their zip code, i've found that any zip code added to the card information still allows entry into boulevard, and processes fine. I'm certain the added zip code feature is for added security, but does need fine tuning. Thank you

Removal of Product duplicates and printing from product lists from program also separating retail and consumables if possible
This is the Inventory Manager, Sumer Shahin. I would like to to remove product duplicates. It would also be helpful to be able to print directly from the program separately; ie., retail, consumable.

Cancellation fee customization improvement
Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

Client Photos For Internal Use Only
For the safety of our service providers, we don't want to share their photos externally, but we would like to be able to see them on our Calendar view, so that new front desk workers can quickly learn who is who.

More clarity and control over a location's time zone
A dashboard page defaults to Blvd's own time zone (PT) before the location's address is entered, but we should either 1) be able to change the time zone on our own and/or 2) there should be some sort of prompt to confirm the time zone before appts are made
