  3. When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?

  4. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  11. We are using a new software called Clicki (https://clicki.io) to pay our clients to promote us on social media. We pay our clients $1.00 for each unique click they generate for our company.

    It has been fantastic - so much so we have stopped all our google pay per click and now only pay our clients to promote us. Would love to see a more formal integration with this new innovative company and concept.

  14. When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.

    Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.

  16. There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.
