  1. It's hard to use the message center without another computer next to you or another open boulevard tab. The message center takes up the entire screen. If you need to check a date, you must leave the message you are in the middle of, loose all of the content and start over.

  4. Our staff checks out their own clients so if a client goes to desk to buy product, it would be nice if we could make it required to select the staff member that sold the product

  5. When an employee is deactivated, their schedule should remain visible for dates in the past. It is hard to know what happened in the past when old employees are no longer on the schedule. all dates prior to their deactivation should stay visible on the calendar (or at least have an option for them to be shown)

  6. There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

  8. I think a system that lets you pick a preferred payment process would make checking out customers easier. For us, we don't use cards on file unless there was a no show, so I would prefer if card-swipe was the first option available.

  9. At this time "appointment updates" only keeps track of the initial booking and if a reschedule occurred. Would be beneficial to see when reminders were sent out to the client the as well. As any time a reschedule occurs we lose that information.

  12. Give the option to adjust the service add ons to be more than 5 minute increments. It would be nice if there weren't any restrictions and you could set the duration for any amount of time or if it was more clear that the duration can only be increased in increments of 5.

  15. Can we make it so new guest need to be accepted before scheduled? A waitlist that needs to be accepted before the client is scheduled.

    Vagaro has this feature and its very helpful

    sometimes new guests book the wrong service for their need and this way we can make sure they get set up with the proper appointment.

  18. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well
