Different Color" Blocks"
It would be nice to be able to leave notes on your day of schedule, in different colors:
Ex. Block off "2:00pm-3:00pm for lunch" automatically turns grey
It would be nice to have a separate "block" for more of a note - Block "3:00pm-4:00pm for ONLY a consultation" have it turn blue so it's read and not overlooked.

Clear all messages except new received messages button on Message Tab.
We send out messages and many of them once sent do not need to be looked at. I imagine most salons also only want to see messages that a response was received. If this option existed it would save all staff time of archiving messages that we sent out.

Please add auto generated gift certificates through the reception interface
The reason one has a pos system is to do tasks like this. The reception side should generate its own codes and track them for safety and to keep duplicates etc from happening. (that is if you are not using your own codes from an e-card etc)
Also, there is an issue with having no 'To:' section of the card. Once a card has been given, it belongs to the new person. You run a sticky situation if the person who bought it uses it before the person they gave it to. You should add a section for the gift…

Edited Time Clock should show notes/time stamp on main page
It would be helpful if the main time clock page showed a time stamp of when it was edited along with notes associated to said edit. Rather than having to click on each individual time clock to see if there was an edit. It would save a ton of time.

Service Add-Ons - Create Group so they can be added to each service
This feature is critical. Right now it's manual and leads to so many pricing and timing inconsistencies because you have to manually edit the add-ons with each service. It would not be hard to build this into the product and would save all of your customers HOURS of time and countless user errors because it's so tedious.

First time clients subjected to first-time booking deposit rule set per location option
Returning clients only required to pay deposit as service is set up. This would help businesses deter poor attendance for first time customers specifically. Standard no-show cancellation fees somewhat work but the issue here is sometimes these clients' cards are non-functional and then the business is stuck with what in the end was a dummy booking.
