  1. It is very handy to be able to click on a service provider to adjust their schedule in the calendar view. It would be very useful to have that same functionality for resources.

  11. We are going to be using Square payroll to pay our receptionists and assistants. We already have them clock in on Boulevard. Would be great to easily set up payroll all in one system

  12. we don't use these methods and they cause a lot of confusion for staff and clientele. This should be optional since your client base isn't only salons that work this way. For our needs Booked Arrived Paid/checked out would be fine. Or just the option to keep your names/status but to have the choice to eliminate/deactivate the use of some of them. We are a sauna people book online, arrive, checkout. Thanks!

  14. The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.

  16. After the client chooses a tip amount, the Ipad should display the total. It's necessary for the client to know the total amount that will be charged to their card after imputing tip amount.

  17. We offer seasonal services, and we just had someone schedule our fall Pumpkin Spice service in January. It would be nice to limit the calendar time that these services are available to be booked.

  19. We reward our customers with Loyalty points to be used on future services. When a customer redeems the loyalty points on a service the Loyalty points are used as a discount instead of a payment type. This reduces or completely removes the commission that a service provider would have received. This also skews the discount report so it shows larger discounts given than what we have actually given. Loyalty points should be same as cash.
