Mandatory Add-Ons
Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

Prioritize non-blank entries when merging clients
It would be super easy to lose valuable customer information because Boulevard doesn't prioritize non-blank fields when merging clients. I am guessing the merge is prioritized based on which one was active last. But it makes more sense to see if a field is non-blank and default to that one even if it is on an older profile.

Require one or more items in-cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart
Require an item (or more) in one's cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart.
Example: Buy one blowout, get faux lashes for free. The code should not be applicable to the faux lash application unless a blowout is also in the cart.

The business would like the ability to delete specific messages within an overall conversation that have been sent through the message center.

Report detailing occurrences of price adjusting that do not fall within offers or discounts so that businesses can monitor this “workaround”
Unless I comb through each sale, there is no way to understand if staff are potentially handing out adjusted prices which in most cases diminishes income. I strongly believe staff understand this is a way of hiding their dirty work from management in some cases. The loss revenue for businesses is completely unmonitored at present. Increased revenue from price adjustments also should be scrutinized since targeting upcharging to certain clients could potentially land businesses in hot water.
I believe all price adjustments can be listed for any given service provider for any given period. I think the service provider should…

Bring back the cancel button for Duo transactions
There used to be a "cancel" button when processing credit cards with the Duo. It would be nice to have that button back in the new flow. Occasionally the app or Duo lock up and the cancel button on the Dashboard end may be able to save the experience by allowing us to cancel from the desk.

Customize what time slot add-on services time is added to
Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color…

More customized tipping settings
Option to consolidate tipping when it is shared among all providers. When multiple providers are listed, the client has to go through multiple screens for each provider and it always seems to be a point of slight inconvenience.

Disable heart/other icons IMPERATIVE
The software gives the heart icon for all future appts. Such a pain if they switch practitioners: more work to remember for reception.

Activate/Deactivate services for various locations AT THE BRAND LEVEL
If we want to enable or disable an existing service at some locations, but not all, we have to go into each location -> manage -> services -> locate the service -> activate or deactivate it. With nearing 30 locations, this is extremely tedious and should not be work that we have to spend time doing. If we can change this at the brand level that would be amazing - similar to how you check off the locations when creating a NEW service. It's frustrating that that's the only time we have that control at the brand level.

Client birthday report
Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.
