  1. We have some people confused by pricing since not every service is taxable. It would be helpful to show after tax pricing for services in the online booking widget.

  2. Please add the ability to map payment processor deposits to more than one bank account. I have two Boulevard locations and each location's sales deposit to individual bank accounts. In the Boulevard <> QBO integration, I only have the option to map all payment processor (and cash payments) to a single QBO account. I have had to create a new, separate, clearing account in my QBO file where Boulevard can record credit card deposits for both of my locations, which now requires me to record those credit card bank deposits to that clearing account to offset the balance, rather than…

  8. when adding OR removing a specific provider as a request, it would be nice if the heart next to the name would be added/removed from all the services for the same client, instead of having to click each individual heart if they are getting multiple things done

  11. Staff would like to see when clients come in together. online they can be put into a group but by us. So our staff is getting confused weather they have duels.

    Example, Sister A sees MT Jen, Sister B sees MT Kacey both at 2pm. Our staff wants to see them get highlighted together so they know they came together and need to done at the same time.

  13. We had a feature before where over each stylists schedule each day they had a "% booked" percentage above their name so they knew how much empty space they had per day.

  16. We have a need for a report that shows sales detail (service/product/tip) including payment type (cash/card/check) that can be filtered by stylist. We pay out renters according to how the salon took payment for their clients and right now it is a tedious process to pull and cross reference multiple reports.

  18. It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

  19. Salons have the option to set up an automated message for clients birthdays/important dates. Boulevard notifies salon staff if a client is coming in on the day of or close to their birthday/important date.
