  4. Blocks are a majority of time used to denote lunches, breaks, personal time and tasks. It is rare that blocks are used for productive purposes for a business. Most productive uses would likely fall under a service appointment instead. It would be beneficial if the utilization percent used this as then it would reflect hours making money per hours scheduled rather than hours there are anything on the schedule per hours scheduled.

  6. The professional app shows ALL employees when you select all staff (expected behavior). It would be very helpful to have an "is working" option like the dashboard calendar. It is very annoying to have to scroll past a whole block of people who aren't working to get to the next day. Most employees just have their own schedule which is great, but as a manager it is annoying to navigate when looking at the whole staff.

  7. When using the prebooking defaults on the calendar we would love for it to show us 4 weeks out from the date we have selected on the calendar. For example, if todays date is 4/11. My client has an appointment on 4/25 and wants to book another appointment 4 weeks after that, I want to be able to use the 4 week prebooking preset and have it take me to the correct date 4 weeks after 4/25. Currently it will take us 4 weeks out from todays date no matter what and it is just frustrating :)

  8. We have some people confused by pricing since not every service is taxable. It would be helpful to show after tax pricing for services in the online booking widget.

  9. Please add the ability to map payment processor deposits to more than one bank account. I have two Boulevard locations and each location's sales deposit to individual bank accounts. In the Boulevard <> QBO integration, I only have the option to map all payment processor (and cash payments) to a single QBO account. I have had to create a new, separate, clearing account in my QBO file where Boulevard can record credit card deposits for both of my locations, which now requires me to record those credit card bank deposits to that clearing account to offset the balance, rather than…

  15. when adding OR removing a specific provider as a request, it would be nice if the heart next to the name would be added/removed from all the services for the same client, instead of having to click each individual heart if they are getting multiple things done

  18. Staff would like to see when clients come in together. online they can be put into a group but by us. So our staff is getting confused weather they have duels.

    Example, Sister A sees MT Jen, Sister B sees MT Kacey both at 2pm. Our staff wants to see them get highlighted together so they know they came together and need to done at the same time.
