  6. When booking an appt, online, the view shows for a week. When you click the calendar and it shows you the month, the day that has availability should be BOLD. This would allow for quicker booking.

  7. When typing a message to a client, we cannot make the first message into a "note" in the chat. Please allow us to make that first message a "note" instead of a message sent to the client! thanks!

Stylists and owners are interested to know when a client is new to their salons or barbershop so they can drill down to learn more about them and their service (Booker displays a "New" badge beside every applicable appointment in their calendar view) and that feature also allows reception to greet/serve them appropriately as new clients as well as again providing a visual cue to the stylist when they also greet the new client.

  15. When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

  18. When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?

  20. Some businesses do not allow staff to set their own calendars. Depending on the type of business you run, it may be super beneficial to be able to see everyone's CalendarSync link on the Staff page or when you click on the Staff member's name on the Calendar page. This way, any owner/manager can quickly utilize these links for their purposes.
