Option for a note on the gift card to designate it for a specific service
Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

Gratuity accepting, gratuity percents, online booking lead times and other options being site-specific
So that businesses can differentiate their locations' set up. It might not make sense for all locations in a chain to have the same lead times, tipping set up, tipping amounts. The ability to customize this per location would likely greatly benefit each location. This privilege could remain in admin level somehow to avoid location managers playing too much with the settings that could easily have large repercussions for service providers.

Zoomed out view for 5-minute intervals
When we switch from 15-min to 5-min intervals on the Calendar view, the view is too zoomed in. We would like to drag and drop the appointment into a 5-min interval with the 15-min default view.

Service names made larger on appointment blocks
On the Calendar view, the service name should be prioritized over client name in appointment blocks. Currently the client name is largest on the calendar view, and the service name is smaller underneath.

Change notes on "other" payment method on closed orders
It would be nice to change notes for the "other" payment method on closed orders. Sometimes the verbiage isn't the same with all of my staff, so it makes reports harder to consolidate, it would be nice to be able to change that note to standardize things after orders are closed.

Omni search instead of just client search at top
Searching [Shampoo brand] shows list of products that match the name and lists pricing. Also for services.
Would save people a lot of time to price check things or services if simply typing them or scanning them into the search showed details like pricing, stock, description. Currently price search is creating an appointment or product sale and essentially creating a mock-sale to give this information.

Option for membership vouchers to redeem GreenCircle Fee
Would love for vouchers to redeem Green Circle fee as well.
Maybe we could add 2-3 Green Circle vouchers to each membership. So I could adjust the membership pricing accordingly, and the member would only get one comprehensive monthly charge for the services and Green Circle fees. Then, we'd redeem the service voucher(s) and Green Circle voucher with each visit.

Allow for separate google analytics/facebook pixel usage per location rather than whole chain
In practice, I understand that the current tracking allowed is injection of google analytics/facebook pixel per the booking widget in one instance for all locations. Would be useful to differentiate this per location. Additionally, it would be great to have specific fragment URL links to link directly to booking widget of specific location to save clients one further click.

Ability to set price of inventory based on volume instead of flat per item.
For example, item cost for many of our vendors are at one cost under case quantity, once a case or more is ordered a new lower price is triggered. Because this is valid for nearly all of the products we order through Cosmoprof, Bassett, SalonCentric, and Amazon; this makes all purchase order reporting erroneous.

Beta Reports-ability to track service $/hour and retail (product) $ /hour
In the staff performance report we can see hours booked, hours scheduled, service $ and product $ but would love the ability to also see service $/hour and product $/hour (could export to excel to make this work today)

Correction of product commission should take effect on the original date
When changing the seller of a product it takes effect on the date of the change, not the date of the sale. I often change these commissions after the close of a pay period which can result in negative commissions on the next pay period (which my payroll company won't accept). It would be better for the changes to be effective as of the original date to keep things all on one pay period.
