Customize what time slot add-on services time is added to
Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color application. You have to do it after the color has processed. Sometimes it really matters when an add on service is performed during the whole appointment visit.

Yes! In the medspa space this would be great to do add ons with another provider. I.e. doing a microneedling with an esti and then schedule botox or a coolpeel add on with an injector.

Problem: Light Therapy add-on is automatically tagged onto the end of a facial appointment when it would actually be used during the mask part of the facial. So it doesn't actually add time to the appointment. This is an issue for resource scheduling, as currently it just shows the resource as being booked at, for example, 9:30a-9:30a when in reality it would be used from 9a-9:20a. This can cause accidental overlaps when done by clients in the self-booking overlay.
Solution: Have an option to pick what time slot during the appointment that a particular add-on would take place. For example, during processing time or after 30 minutes. -

The current set up for add on services is not functional for practices that have multiple disciplines such as RN, aestheticians etc. If we add "suggested add ons" during the booking process, it will not show any available providers if that specific provider does not offer the service. For example, when booking a laser hair removal, they will be prompted to add other complimentary services such as a facial. If the laser tech is not the one that also performs the facial, it will tell the client trying to book that we have no availability indefinitely. This is becoming a major issue as we are losing complimentary bookings that we used to receive frequently. Could it please be corrected to allow someone to book multiple treatments at one time with more than one provider?

It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.
Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.
This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.
This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

we would love to be able to have an "add on" increase the processing time of the appointment. for example, we do IV therapy and have a 30 minute processing time when the IV is running in. we have an extra fluids Add on which adds 30 minutes for the IV to run in. as of now, when a client selects this it adds 30 minutes to the end of the appointment. we would love it to only add to the processing time so the staff is available for other clients.

This would also make reports better! more organized and easier to actually track category revenues accurately.

Subcategories to keep things more organized in the booking flow. Services wouldn't need to be included as add ons if you were able to create subcategories. For example, the service category is Hair Removal > the main service is Facial Waxing > the subcategory is Lip. This would alleviate the need to add Lip, Armpit, Brow, etc. as an add on service under Facial Waxing.

We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:
Haircut Add-Ons
- Haircut A
- Haircut BTreatment Add-Ons
- Treatment 1
- Treatment 2
