when we are refunding money can you add "client cancel" button because 95% of the time we refund because they cancel, it will make the process so much easier than me typing all the time?

We need the ability to mark the client "active/inactive" if they have not rebooked within a certain amount of time or expressed interest to not receive any emails or texts.

Report that shows all times a price was adjusted, by whom, how much, when, and for what service; with whom.
Many purposes, but mostly to find mistakes, secondly to catch problems, thirdly to find where more training is needed, fourthly to realize what must be slipping through the cracks

Create one time SKU with price for miscellaneous products
It would be nice to have the ability to creat SKU's with a price embedded in them to use for miscellaneous products that we don't want in inventory. Example: I have some shampoo that was sent as a promo, but I am not going to carry it full time. It would be great to have a SKU like: MISC2999 that would ring up as Miscellaneous Product for $29.99 so I can just put that on the product instead of adding it to inventory.

When client arrives, the appointment moves to the exact time of arrival.
When client arrives, the appointment moves to the exact time of arrival. For example: Tim is scheduled at 4:30, but arrives at 4:42. The appointment on the calendar would be moved down to 4:42.

BUG REPORT: Calendar no longer goes back to original day when editing an appointment
When editing an appointment from the calendar, the view goes back to today, not the day that the appointment was on. I believe it used to stay on the original day but now reverts back to today. This is very annoying when making notes on multiple appointments on a future day as you have to keep navigating back to the day in the future.

Being able to modify "guest of" bookings done online.
I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.
