When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

Correction of product
We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

are able to add a service into the checkout ticket like a product verses editing the appointmrent.
It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

Gratuity via Duo, even if service total is $0 (prepaid)
Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

Bug Report: Booking from Waitlist does not book resources
When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.
The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.
This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate

Slight change to times on text messages
When looking at text messages the abbreviations used for when the message was sent are y,m,d,min. It can be confusing to have just the m for month when you have text that was sent 2 min ago and one that was 4 m ago side by side. It is easy to think that they were sent nearly at the same time. I suggest changing the month designation to mo. just to avoid the confusion.

When you click on calendar, it opens patient. I HATE having to go off calenedar, look up patient. too awkward. This would be a great step saver

new update is giving windows 2
To anyone that is even semi coherent while also being past the age of 60 years old feels like they’ve been transported back into 2005 windows 2 graphics & technology. Top tier New York City salons have cited the inefficiency of this update multiple times which makes it even more detrimental to all professionals nationwide and also worldwide. It’s disappointing to have access to a system that heavily advertises for modern salon technology but reverts to something prehistoric. If my work place is suffering to your technological inabilities then I am fearful for the rest of our industry.

Add oval and circle shape to treatment record.
There is a square, line, and X, but would love to track Coolsculpting treatments on the Boulevard system. It would be great to have an oval to show where their cycle was placed.

Client Facing Booking
We NEED updates on the booking widget like yesterday. It is so difficult to have clients have to book each individual parts of a package with different service providers. For packages that have 4 different services, clients get so annoyed having to add of their services. Plus, it is so messy the way the booking widget looks. We NEED subcategories to be able to separate out member bookings and nonmember and then have services within each of those categories. Other booking softwares do this, why can't we?

Ability to create filters for audience that uses data on deactivated employees. This is crucial to market to the clients of terminations.
Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

SMS to clients without appointments booked
The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

Contesting disputes needs improvement
We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them
