Auto text responses for services
It'd be great if once the client received the reminder for their service via text they could reply with 'for which service' and they would get a text letting them know which service they booked for.

Have a "Please compete form" reminder email instead of only "confirm appointment" email
Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

Prevent clients from booking multiple appointments for the same time
When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

see client ratings in client profile
Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

Ability to enter in a GC expiration date
The business said it is the law where they live to have an expiration date entered on a gift card. The would like to have this automatically happen when a date is entered rather then manually expiring.

Check in Process
If the client is already booked with us they should only have to enter either there phone # or there email and not have to retype all the personal info each time they check in. Also it would be great if they where able to pick what service they are there for when checking in for there appointment

Custom Product Unit Pricing For Staff
We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

Allow access in the BLVD check in application to access forms without checking in
It would be helpful to be able to access forms in the check-in app. When several guests check in under a group booking with one number we have to build out profiles and forms and have them fill out one by one. If they put their number in it creates a walkin appointment and you can't tie the walkin to the the already scheduled appointment. If we could go to their appointment and access forms there in the app that would speed along the check in process when there are multiple guests.

Give users the ability to log out remote sessions
Sometimes I forget to log out of my computer at work and this results in someone else using my profile. Our previous provider allowed us to remotely log out sessions so that it would force the user on that computer to then log in under their own profile. This is especially important with users with higher privilege levels than others.

Reordering of Addons and service modifies in the booking flow
While reordering of addons and modifiers is avilable with in the respective categories, being able to reorder modifiers before addons would improve the flow of my booking and give owners more control over their guests booking experience.

this would be nice in case a member is about to lose their monthly voucher the guest will get an alert, "you have X days to redeem this membership perk before it expires."

Put date of service on client receipts when closed out after the appt date.
The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

Rescheduling resources!
When rescheduling resources there is ZERO need to email a client about the change! Boulevard is WAY to notify the client centric! Do not EVER email clients about resource change. Best implementation would be toggle for default to email clients of appointment changes or not. Rather check the box to notify than to uncheck to not notify. Software cannot keep up as fast as changes can be made (checkboxes are sometimes slow to respond) and would rather say oops, I should have than oops, I did, especially if just rearranging resources.
This would be as simple as a toggle switch…

Staff Members Should Have the Option to Unlink Social Profiles
Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.
