  1. There is not a report that calculates the NET sale based on product usage. (Yes there is one for a business charge - but we are using Botox and Filler so the cost varies per service) We really need a report that shows us the NET profit of each service, subtracting the cost of the products used in that service.

  3. It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

  4. With the improved retention, reports add client tags, and services name, so the report can exclude clients who are tourists, or clients who no call/no show and were charged late cancelation fees

  9. When we no show a client or they late cancel, it's removed from the service providers books. That effects their utilization. Preferably it would stay on the books (if there isn't time to get another client in here) and be checked out as late or no show with or without a fee. Also, if it was color coded differently to accentuate it on the schedule, that would be ideal.

  10. We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)

    Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

  11. Some of our providers have dedicated times for types of appointments and it would be helpful to have those parts of shifts a different color
    ie: mornings are for consults and afternoons are for treatments

  12. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

  13. Your terrible messaging update no longer allows me to move the message box outside of the message window or open multiple boxes. i'm often messaging multiple people on the calendar page. it was so easy. guess what i cant do without opening two windows and clicking back and forth?

  15. The receipts are a daily issue for us. The patients call back all day wondering why they see so many charges but can't seem to easily navigate to what they paid. I think its the panic the feel and the confusion... This is in regards to the screen on the ipad showing the full amount which could be in the thousands but their actual discounted charge for a pkg or special.

  16. The ability to turn off the feature within the contact center that sends automated texts to the closed inbox. When a staff member is messaging a client and a reminder is sent, the whole message is closed automatically. It can be difficult to keep track of messages that were closed in mid conversation.

  17. oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…

  19. We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:
