  5. Add a tab for business' to see clients who started booking an appointment but did not finish the process. This will allow business' to reach out to the client to help finalize the booking, answer questions a client might have, etc.

    1. Allow messages to be tagged "unread" and allow messages to be sent to providers/front desk
    2. Put in place safeguard so a provider cannot be scheduled in two different locations at the same time.
    3. Allow blocked times (ie out/PTO) to be seen in all locations provider is seeing patients
    4. Allow option to see providers schedule in all locations they work on the same page

  8. There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

  9. I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.

  10. We would love to be able to customize the loyalty program either through the program itself or with promotions. Like earn double points on service X or product Y. This would be a good way to help us promote slow sellers while ensuring that customers will be coming back to use their points.

    On a more permanent basis I would love to have higher points earned on my higher margin services to push people to book more of those.

  12. “Other” drop down option in charts that populate a fill in the blank section or a similar concept of selecting a certain button on charting that populates another box for more information. This would help keep our basic charting clean and when needed, adding additional boxes and info.

  14. Alot of these ideas are things that should have been implemented from jump for salons and medspas. Pretty standard. Most of these have been waitlisted for a year. What is the point of voicing concerns if there is no action taken? If Boulevard gives us a capability on the admin side it should be flushed. out for all possibilities and needs to make things EASIER. No reason most things are manual entry when we have hundreds of clients.

  16. Just like there is a cancellation list/notification for each cancellation, there should be a list for all new appointments made, not just online, but by ALL STAFF/front desk as well. Especially when training new staff at the front desk. As an owner, I can't monitor or review their work and ensure excellent customer service, up front for these appointments, in case they make a mistake. I think an All New Appointment log is critical to monitor all new business coming in.

  18. Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency.   19. The green oval that is used for account credits is always green and my reception misses sometimes when a client has an account credit. When there is no balance on the account credit that oval should be red or another color. When checking out staff will notice the color change for those who have credits with an account balance. That or the other suggestion of a popup would be ideal. From a programming standpoint I think it would be faster to have the color change to red when balance is zero.
