  2. It would be great if each person had to enter a PIN/Password before they could clock in so that it is strictly that persons timecard they are looking at. On a daily basis someone will accidentally clock someone else in/out while they are trying to clock themselves in/out. Also would be great for tracking attendance and tardiness because the way it is set up now ANY random person can clock someone else in/out and I have personally witnessed a stylist clock in another person who was not actually in the building.

  3. When a business location has a long list of services, you have page through until you find it service in managing location or employee. A search function would be helpful.

  7. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  12. The business said the current service totals is misleading on the mobile app because it is a lesser number when vouchers are applied as those service as a discount to the service. The provider is however paid commission off the service list price. The % owed to the provider is not seen in the mobile app at this time making them think they have made less then they really have.

  14. it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

  15. The business wants to be able to reinstate a completed appointment as there are times where they are completed in error and they need the time to open back up but reversing the appointment completion is not currently an option.

Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  19. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.
