  5. When adding the same phone number for multiple people ie mothers/ younger teens it gets confusing when they text the office it defaults to one or the other but its never correct. How can we simplify this, can it be by birthdate?

  6. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  7. In a perfect world where our software can give our staff the notifications that they need to provide care to clients but also the business does not have to worry about Boulevard data being collected in private email servers of our staff...

    The email would have subject: "A client has booked a BBL Tuesday at 3pm" and only in the email body there was a appointment card that utilizes dynamic HTML that shows the staff when viewing that Nicki Minaj has booked a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday.

  8. In the event someone else wants to pay for another person's membership. It could be transferred to the client's account without saving the membership holder's card info on the client account.

  9. It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

  10. Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" as an answer to the text reminders to confirm an appointment.
    We know how clients are: type yes to confirm and they answer Y or Yea, or Yeah, and the system does not recognise that!

  11. A report to see which clients prebooked. for example you pull up a report the week of March 4th thru the 10th. It would show the number of clients you saw and how many of them prebooked.

  12. There are many clients who forget they purchase vouchers or have otherwise unused account credit that leads to high liabilities within reporting. It would be great to be able to target those customers through an automated campaign that automatically reminds customers to come in before their liabilities expire.

  14. Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

  18. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  19. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.

  20. In the note area there are small tabs- Allergies and medications and a note section. Adding a lab tab would be very helpful. Right now we are adding to the note section
