Account Credits Used for Monthly Membership Fee
I would love to be able to use clients' account credits towards their monthly membership fee. Currently there is no way to do this without cancelling the membership fee and redoing the entire sale/membership.

Block clients from booking services if inventory counts are low
When inventory is running low we need to stop clients from being able to book certain services.

Freeze Lift Reminder!
I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!

better booking flow for multi location businesses.
Acquiring clients are VERY expensive. Sometimes people only check the first location in the toggle and blvds looking flow is very ridged and hard to get things in and out of the cart as well as understand what you are booking (it sometimes jumps to the next avail rather than showing it is booked)
We really need a message or a way to navigate to the next location so we do not lose the client who is shopping. When something is booked, the booking flow for multi locations should have the message to check the other location, at the very…2 votes -
Be able to change the service on the app
When a client is booked for one service and it was wrong the ability to completely edit that service and add the correct one is necessary. The ability is available on a computer but I don't have access to that all the time.

Reporting for non taxable product sales
We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

Add a character count on messages
Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

Service Lists by Provider
There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

New client pre-book
In order to track new vs existing client prebooks, we have to manually count these each day, per technician, and add them up for our weekly reports.Having to manually keep track of these numbers is time-consuming for our front desk staff and we have to account for human error.

I need to be able format my own booking confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails/texts.
The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

Prepaid Product Units - Commission Reporting
If we can get operators in the system to tag in when they sell pre-paid units that would be great. As of now, and pre-paid units don't tie into an operator so we can't see that in the commissions reporting system.
