  3. The colors are overwhelming. For example, the pink on Pink and green on green. I suggest a white background for everything with a colored trimmed. Take a look at Mindbody or Booker for some ideas.

  4. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

  5. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  6. Time to Purchase Prompt!
    When it's time for a client to repurchase it will auto prompt at check out to suggest repurchase of that item they may be running low on. Meevo does this and clients love this feature.

  7. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.

  8. Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.

    This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

When we let go of someone (or they quit) we have to leave them active for at least a month so that the appointments are on the calendar view so we can move them while also notifying past clients that we're moving them over to a new stylist. We change the terminated staff to an "inactive" privilege group so that they can't use boulevard. But unless we remove their notifications, they will receive booking sms still. If there was a privilege option to deny or approve all notifications that leave the boulevard ecosystem I would be much more in control…

  13. Objective:
    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

  14. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

  19. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.
