Online Scheduling Weird times

The ability to add or update services on the ticket/sale instead of rebooking, this is an additional step that’s time consuming
Not being able to edit a ticket/sale after payment has been processed. If an error is made we have to delete the entire thing and start over instead of being able to update payment type.
Online scheduling allows guests to schedule at weird times and the bookings overlap even though we’ve selected “no double bookings”
Changing an appointment and all enhancements/add-ons are lost
When adding credit we then are unable to see what the credit was added for, it should be documented there or in history of client
Also we’d like the credit to be automatically applied to the ticket
Credits should be able to be categorized as a service or retail credit for specific promotions
Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone
Better/more reporting- tracking where our appointments are coming from. Example: We have integrations with Google, social media and so on but there isn’t a report to track how successful those channels are.
