At times on Blvd due to either just first name showing or initials. Would be greatly appreciated if there would be some heuristic approach to solve this when applicable.

When showing first name of a staff member when (with fuzzy matching) are more than 1 of that first name in a staff directory, show full name in that instance; if last name matches then denote that there are more than one of that same staff name with a highlight and hover over description stating multiple staff.

When showing initials of any staff that is a match to another staff members, expland the initials to be 3x charcters or so (John Smith and Jacob Shaw being JohSmi and JacSha instead of JS/JS).

Otherwise although stated in a previous suggestion, I do think for those partners that use color coding for each staff member that their color for calendar view should be preserved across all badging of their initials throughout the UI as well.

"Booked by" on an appt's quickview shows first name of the booking agent, which if a partner has multiple same Johns, then it would be useless on glance and deeper examination would be required. Then after diving in appt view, it would show John S. But if there were two john S, then there is not further way to know who booked it without doing deep dive into beta reports.
