Gift Certificates attaching to the recipient account/file
When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

This is critically important. Gift cards need to either automatically be attached to the recipient's profile. Or there should be a way for staff to attach it on the back end.
