  2. Would like to be able to pull a report that shows for future appt how many member appts there are, non member, returning customer non member, start a membership etc.

  3. There should be alerts when membership charges don't process via the bell notifications. It's cumbersome to have to remember to look at past due memberships in the "memberships" section of the gear icon. Time is of the essence for addressing billing issues. Front desk employees often dismiss the open orders where it declined and there's no alert or obvious label on that open order about how it's a membership charge that declined and needs to be addressed.

  5. I am trying to set up the quickbooks integration but there is NO TRAINING. quickbooks knows nothing and I can't get anyone on the phone to help to understand any of it. I was with my book keeper for two hours trying to figure it out.

  6. Currently in order to send a text, the number must be saved to a client profile. We often follow up with voicemails via text and if the client is new and we don't have any info other than the phone number it makes adding them to the system hard so the ability to text any number even one that isn't saved in the system would be great.

  7. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  9. Clients purchasing gift cards accidentally create duplicate profiles due to using different information for the gift card purchase than what is on their existing client profile. It'd be great if returning clients could be encouraged to log in before purchase to curb the amount of duplicate profiles that get created.

  10. When booking online, we need patients to book consultation appointments before treatments. Please make a toggle on services where you can make them mandatory for new patients/clients.

  12. Currently taking photos with the ipad available at check in to complete a form is not supported, we'd like this to be implemented to allow clients to fully complete their form at check in.

  13. It would be amazing to add a tag or something to differentiate between multiple cards on file. In case the client wants one for the membership and the other for retail, gratuity, etc.

  14. Clients that want to bank their money for future services. Do a monthly recurring payment that goes immediately to an account credit instead of a voucher.

  15. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.

  16. Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

  19. We have the same day confirmation text turned on but i wish there was an option to only send those to unconfirmed clients. right now the only option is on or off.
