Marketing Opt-in Automation for new clients and migrated clients
Ability to mass/automate opt-in marketing permissions for email and text. Mainly email is most important.
Feedback " I paid extra to migrate my client lists and that should have been something I cleared before I signed up with boulevard. It seems to me most of the software companies are designed for new businesses, leaving us established businesses , always having to adjust and figure out how to keep up
I already had my clients opted in when they booked years ago and the client should not have to keep opting in because I changed software"

we want to grow our email list and need a way to engage our customer base. a direct link to plug into social or website is idea for customers not booking appointments

Allow us to send text messages to ALL our clients until the Client clicks No Promos.
We have over 3,000 clients
I moved from Vagaro to BLVD and had over 1500 clients numbers approved for texting. Now with BLVD I only have 200. Very disappointing as I am missing out on a huge chance to market.
Very SAD and frustrating :(
Thought I was moving to a better system for the cost of BLVD they should have better features and especially more supportive with us to market to our clients

Yes so important, I was with Vagaro before and im beyond disappointed that its not automatic , and my clients are saying they are not getting my emails and texts

To my knowledge clients must login to their Online portal in order to opt into TEXT/EMAIL Marketing and this makes things difficult. Or find an easier way to invite them via a link or...

currently clients can only Opt-In to Text Marketing via logging into their online client profile or online booking. It would be efficient/ideal for the practice to inquire on their New Client Intake Forms. It would w/out a doubt yield a higher client Opt-In overall and create ease both for practice as well as clients.

We would like to be able to send one time email blasts to all of our clients. When you are new to boulevard, you can only send to people who have had appointments since joining boulevard. This is not conducive to advertising and very disappointing not to have that capability

Marketing opt-in trigger in Zapier. Please create this trigger so clients that want marketing emails, etc can be added to mailchimp, etc.

I would like to be able to opt in a patient into text reminders at check out. Many of them don't see the option when they book their appointment.

Right now as someone who just joined BLVD. I don't have the capability to send out a mass email to ALL my clients......There NEEDS to be a a tab to select all clients so they know my availability and I am able to fill spots
