It would be so helpful to have all of the forms listed that a client has been asked to fill out in the forms + charts tab along with if they are complete or not. As it is, we have to memorize which forms are needed for each different kind of appt. in order to know if they have unsubmitted forms...because only completed forms are listed under the tab.

If you complete a payment, then get client information, it does not save it even though you enter it. Sometimes if someone is in a rush and you know their name you want to get them completed and then enter it. But it does not save the client profile even if they were a return customer. So know we have tickets not associated to anyone.

we want to grow our email list and need a way to engage our customer base. a direct link to plug into social or website is idea for customers not booking appointments
