New client referrals from one co-worker to another need to be traceable.
When a co-worker refers their existing client to a fellow co-worker there should be a way to record it in the system so we can run reports reflecting these new client referrals. Otherwise, staff can claim they never get referrals, when they actually do, but there is not a report to run & show it.

Email formatting when non white background is used
If creating an email with anything other than white background, a white bar will be included at the top of the email. This happens even with the included templates. Why?

The business wants to be able to see the average score for staff in reference to ratings.

Create a way to offer one time use or intro packages
So many salons and spa offer intro packages or treatments, and there doesn't seem to be a way to make that an actual one time use. For instance, we offer a 3 pack of sessions at a discounted rate, but anyone can buy those services as many times as they want. There should be a way that we can offer this and once its been used by a client they are no longer eligible to use, that way it doesn't create more work for back of house running reports to see who is abusing this price point and option.

When scheduling, don't overide unavailable that was previously put in place.
When staff requests off in advance we put them as unavailable several months before we schedule. Once we update the schedule it overrides those unavailable placements we already put in place, and then they get scheduled during those times.

On the calendar view, create a new button: "Is Working Today"
Creating this button would allow the front desk to get back to the daily calendar view with a click of one button. This would save a lot of time in toggling forward when booking appointments in the future, specificallly toggling out of a stylist's weekly view.

allow staff to individualize cancellation parameters
As the lead Esti/owner, I like to have my week locked in wheres my staff prefers to just have 48 hours. So it's frustrating that I am not able to implement a different cancellation time frame

Create a feature that notify providers of the room number their patient is in
As a medspa, we are in need of a feature that notifies providers of the room number their patient is waiting in. This could be added as another step with the "arrive" button and text they receive! Another system we've used in the past was able to have this feature built in to that notification sent to the provider's phone when their patient was roomed and ready. Otherwise, we're having to use an outside system to communicate from the front desk which room their patients are waiting in.

I suggest you create a way to send Forms to Duo Tablet for guests when they check in. . We check them in verbally to help w/spa guidance.
We check guests in verbally as we have multiple guests coming in at the same time. Prevents a line from forming. We also guide our guests through the experience instead. If there was a button that we could click to send the form when needed instead of them having to check in via tablet.

Better (or complete) add-on indications and visibility in app
Appointments with a time extension or add-on are not displayed correctly in the app. You have to click on the appointment to see all the extensions and add-ons. This is a problem because it's easy to miss something that needs time to prepare or set up before an appointment. As an example, we have hot salt stones that need to be turned on at least 45 minutes before an appointment or they won't be hot enough.

Employee Schedules
There should be an option to schedule all employees even if they can't perform services without adding to the hours available for the day. It is hard to calculate the total hours an employee is working if we can't do all of the scheduling in one place.
Also, we need to be able to schedule multiple shift times per day.
For example. We have providers that are front desk and performing services, so it makes scheduling challenging if they have a day where they do both. If I make the therapist available all day then block out non-available time, that…

Allow for scheduled holiday closures.
Currently, the only way to block off for a holiday is to put individual blocks or change availability for staff individually. This is very time consuming for a large salon. Would be great if we could set the holidays for the year under management. Thanks!

Store historical prices for products and services time stamped.
All the data is input naturally by us, it would be really great if it could be stored and reported that service X was $40 until 10/10/2010 and then $45 on 1/1/2012 then $50 from 2/2/2018. The same goes for products, it would provide a fantastic resource for Boulevard partners to better understand their own models and also have the data to contrast. The points of data I’m particularly interested in keeping track of within the ecosystem is sale price, service price, and also purchase price from our vendors.

Ability to customize pop out modals for certain types of booking alerts
The past software program we had on scheduling notes had a pop-up box that would pop out on the screen to alert and get the front desk's attention. They get ignored if they are busy and are not "in your face" as easily with the system the way it is now

Past Due Membership Status with Future Cancel Date
For a membership with a future cancellation date, if their final payment failed and they go 'past due', membership should be 'Paused' instead of 'Cancelled' to allow a business to capture the final, unpaid renewal.

When a client late cancels or does not show up, as the operator, we should be able to collect a fee without calling or texting them for a zip code to enter.

Product Recommendations via the BLVD Staff App
It would be great to have an option for a staff member to clicks a client profile in the BLVD app, pick a product they like and push it to the desk. When the client checks out a pop up appears and it says what product their technician used. You can add it now on the web version but would be better to have it come from the BLVD staff app.

Swap "Send" and "Send and Close" buttons in messages
The new Send and close button can be handy in some situations. But Muscle memory has me finishing my message, pressing "tab" twice, and pressing "enter" I end up closing the message and wondering what happened.
Swapping the buttons would be very beneficial for the ingrained muscle memory while not losing the close feature.
